Beverages
Sun Tea
Use 4 teabags or 3 tablespoons of herbal tea in 1 litre of water. Leave in the sun all day, drain and serve. Any herbal tea will do. You can use a low calorie sweetener if required.
Sparkling Water
Add a touch of any of the following to one large cool glass of water with or without ice. A sprig of fresh mint Pure lemon squeeze Peppermint essence (or any other essence of your choice)
Hot Mocha Delight
Ingredients:
Put cold water into blender and turn to low speed while adding SlimSafe sachet. Blend until smooth. Dissolve cocoa, decaf coffee and sweetener in hot water. Add hot mixture to cold mixture while blender is on low speed. Blend briefly and serve hot.
Café Au Lait
Ingredients: 60ml cold water 180ml hot water 1tsp decaf coffee 1 SlimSafe sachet ¼ tsp maple essence Sweetener to taste
Place ingredients (except the hot water) in a blender on medium speed adding SlimSafe sachet while blender is on. Blend until smooth. Add hot water and blend briefly. Serve hot.
