<description>Topic: Meal Planner in the Manual

Message: Hey Guys,I'm new to this forum but wanted to add my comments about the meal planner Leanne mentioned.I started the program 3 weeks ago and used the planner to get started.&#160; I was in colour also by the end of those 3 days, but I'm ok with routine so I've just stayed on the 3 day planner.&#160; Works fine for me.Oh, by the way,&#160; I've lost 7.5kg so far.John
