Topic: Question about kidneys?

Message: Hi Jandi,Thanks for your question.First of all, this is not a high protein diet.On this page (http://www.slimsafeonline.com/weightlos … tudies.htm) you will find lots of research published in many Medical Journals around the world on how this diet will actually protect the kidneys, liver, cardiovascular system, lower cholesterol and help prevent epileptic fits, to name just a few. Oh, also it enhances bone mineralisation which will help prevent osteoporosis.Hope you find this information helpful.RegardsDavid

Topic: Problem getting colour

Message: Hi Leanne,To get into colour, you must have the set amount of protein and sachets. When you miss one sachet, your protein intake drops and in order to get colour then, you have to drop your carbohydrate levels.Try to make sure that you alway get your 4 protein portions and your 4 sachets per day. That way it will ensure you go into colour. If you have to, have two sachets together in order to get the fourth one in.Let me know if you do or don't now go into colour.RegardsDavid
