Topic: I've lost 10kgs in 5 weeks and gained new self-esteem

Message: When I started this program 5 weeks ago I tipped the scales at 84kgs, I was so embarrassed that I let myself go that much!!! In school I had always been around 60kg mark but after a string of bad relationships my self-esteem plummeted and began eating to make myself feel better and ended up weighing 75kgs.I guess the breaking point for me was when my last boyfriend turned around and said "I'll get back together with you and we can make it work but you have to do something for me YOU HAVE TO LOSE WEIGHT"! After this ultimatum I was so annoyed that I thought I'll show you and I began to eat more. So that brings me to now...the whale who's 85kgs and hasn't had a date for 3 years. Then, I decided I was sick of being fat and lonely and I was only punishing myself by eating not my ex. So I asked my friend Tina how she lost all her weight she was 115kgs and lost 35kgs in 9 months through this program!!!Now, I've been on the slim safe for 5 weeks, I have lost 10kgs already (and with little exercise!) and have starting going out and meeting people again. I am so much happier and have decided to buy another 5 weeks, I'll keep you posted on my success!I guess I just want to say thanks slim safe, I feel like the old me again. And I also want to empower other women who have been in my shoes...girls don't let men turn you to the ice-cream and chocolate! They are so not worth it! YOU CAN DO IT! Eat healthy and be happy!

Topic: Question about kidneys?

Message: Hi Jandi,Thanks for your question.First of all, this is not a high protein diet.On this page (http://www.slimsafeonline.com/weightlos … tudies.htm) you will find lots of research published in many Medical Journals around the world on how this diet will actually protect the kidneys, liver, cardiovascular system, lower cholesterol and help prevent epileptic fits, to name just a few. Oh, also it enhances bone mineralisation which will help prevent osteoporosis.Hope you find this information helpful.RegardsDavid

Topic: I lost 6 kgs before my wedding.

Message: I found this program while I was planning my wedding 2 years ago. I wanted to lose weight before the wedding day.A friend told me about it. I started it about 5 weeks before the day. Considering I had lots of stress and lots of running around, SlimSafe kept me on track and I lost the 6kgs I was aiming for.Since then, I have done the program again just to keep on the straight and narrow. I had put on about 3kgs which I got rid of in 2 weeks.Donna

Topic: Problem getting colour

Message: Hi Leanne,To get into colour, you must have the set amount of protein and sachets. When you miss one sachet, your protein intake drops and in order to get colour then, you have to drop your carbohydrate levels.Try to make sure that you alway get your 4 protein portions and your 4 sachets per day. That way it will ensure you go into colour. If you have to, have two sachets together in order to get the fourth one in.Let me know if you do or don't now go into colour.RegardsDavid
