 Egg Custard

Carbohydrates: 2

  

  • 1 Egg

  • 3 drops Vanilla Essence

  • 1 Vanilla SlimSafe sachet

  • 60 mls water

  •   

    Blend all ingredients together until smooth.  Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.

     

     

    Frozen Chocolate

  • 120 mls cold water

  • 100 grams cantaloupe

  • 1 strawberry

  • 1 chocolate SlimSafe sachet

  •   

    Combine sachet and water in a small freezer safe mixing bowl and freeze.  Once frozen, blend the mix and pour over cantaloupe garnishing with the strawberry.

     

     

    Mixed Melon Treat

  • 35 grams watermelon

  • 25 grams Jalna Plain yogurt

  • 35 grams cantaloupe

  • 1 SlimSafe sachet

  • 35 grams honey dew melon

  •  

    Pour yogurt over melon pieces and sprinkle sachet over the top.

     

    Yogurt Delight

  • 50 grams Jalna plain yogurt

  • 1 strawberry

  • 1 SlimSafe sachet

  •  

    Blend yogurt and SlimSafe sachet together and serve chilled.  Garnish with strawberry.
