Egg Dishes

  

 

Egg Foo Yong

Servings: 1

  • 1 tbsp minced onion

  • ¼ cup bean sprouts

  • ¼ cup chopped mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp peanut oil

  • Lite or Celtic salt and pepper to taste

  • 30 gms cooked prawns (shrimp) or chicken

  • 1 SlimSafe sachet

  • 1 tbsp minced green capsicum

  •  

    Sauté minced onion and green pepper until onion is tender.  Add mushrooms and bean sprouts.  Remove from heat.  Beat eggs, water and oil together until foamy.  Blend SlimSafe powder into eggs until smooth.  Fold shrimp or chicken into egg mixture; fold in onion, pepper, sprouts and mushrooms.  Add seasoning.  Heat oil in a skillet over a medium heat.  Pour in egg mixture.  Fry until golden brown on both sides.  Sprinkle lightly with soy sauce before serving.

     

     

    Devilled Eggs

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp mayonnaise

  • ¼ tsp mustard

  • 1 SlimSafe sachet

  •  

    Cut boiled eggs in half and remove the yolk.  Mix yolk with lemon juice,  mayonnaise and mustard.  Gradually add SlimSafe powder until well blended.  Put mixture back into egg whites and sprinkle with Lite or Celtic salt and pepper.

     

     

    Scrambled Eggs

  • 120mls cold water

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 tsp chopped onion (optional)

  • ¼ cup grated cheese

  • ¼ cup mushrooms

  • Lite or Celtic salt and pepper

  • 1 SlimSafe sachet

  •   

    Place water and eggs in a blender and turn to low speed, gradually adding SlimSafe powder while blender is on.  Set aside and sauté mushrooms and onion in oil. When soft, pour in egg mixture and seasoning.  Cook to desired consistency and top with grated cheese.
