Shakes and Fruit Blend Recipes

 

SlimSafe Strawberry Blend

Servings: 1
Protein: 0
Carbohydrates: 0

 

  • 180mls cold water

  • ¼ tsp Lite or Celtic salt

  • 2 ice cubes

  • 1 Strawberry SlimSafe sachet

  •  

    Place first 3 ingredients into a blender at low speed. Add SlimSafe sachet then briefly turn blender to high speed for a cool frosty drink.

     

    Creamy Shake for two

    Servings: 2

    Carbohydrates: 1

     

  • 360 ml cold water

  • ¼ tsp Lite or Celtic salt

  • 4 tbsp low fat cottage cheese

  • ¼ tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 SlimSafe sachet

  •  

    Place first 5 ingredients in a blender and turn on medium speed.  Add SlimSafe powder while blender is on.  Blend until smooth and thick.

     

     

    Coffee and Maple Shake

  • 240mls cold water

  • ½ tsp maple essence

  • 1 coffee SlimSafe sachet

  •  

    Place cold water and maple essence in a blender and turn to medium speed.  Add SlimSafe sachet while blending.   Blend until smooth.

     

     

    Lemon Coconut Shake

    Servings: 1
    Protein: 0
    Carbohydrates: 1.5

     

  • 180 ml diet lemonade

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 1 SlimSafe sachet

  • ½ tbsp coconut essence           

  •  

    Place first 4 ingredients into a blender on medium speed.  Add SlimSafe powder and blend until smooth.

     

     

    Banana Smoothie

    Servings: 1

    Carbohydrates: 1

     

  • 150 mls cold water

  • 1 tsp cottage cheese

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 1 banana SlimSafe sachet

  • 1 Egg

  •  

    Place first 4 ingredients into a blender on medium speed.  Add SlimSafe powder, blending thoroughly.  Serve in a tall glass.

     

    Vanilla Freezer

    Servings: 1
    Protein: 0
    Carbohydrates: 1

     

  • 150 mls cold water

  • ½ tsp vanilla essence

  • 5 ice cubes

  • 1 SlimSafe sachet

  • 1 tbsp cottage cheese

  •  

    Place first 4 ingredients into a blender on high speed until the ice is crushed.  Reduce speed and add SlimSafe sachet, return blender to high.  Blend briefly until mixture has a nice whipped consistency.

     

     

    Mocha Almond Butter Shake

    Servings: 2

  • 360 mls cold water

  • 1 coffee SlimSafe sachet

  • 3 ice cubes

  • 1 tbsp Almond butter

  • 1 Egg

  • ½ tsp maple essence

  • Lite or Celtic salt to taste

  •   

    Place all ingredients except SlimSafe powder into a blender and mix for approximately 15 seconds.  Continue blending and add SlimSafe powder.  Blend until shake is thick and creamy.

     

     

    Passion Punch

  • 180mls cold water

  • ¼ tsp mint essence

  • 3 ice cubes

  • 1 SlimSafe sachet

  • 1 tsp diet cordial

  •  

    Place first 4 ingredients in blender and turn to medium speed.  Add SlimSafe sachet while blender is on and blend until smooth and thick.

     

     

    Chocolate Soda

  • 600mls cold water

  • 2 Eggs

  • 240 mls diet lemonade

  • 4 chocolate SlimSafe sachets

  • 5 ice cubes

  •   

    Place first four ingredients into a blender and turn on low speed until ice is crushed and the mixture is smooth.  Add SlimSafe powder while blender is on low.  Blend until smooth and creamy.  Have one serving and refrigerate the rest.  This is also a great on the run drink.  Put the remaining in a thermos.  Shake well before use.

     

    Maple Nut shake

  • 180mls cold water

  • ½ tsp maple essence

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 1 SlimSafe sachet

  • 1 tsp Almond butter

  •   

    Place first four ingredients into a blender and turn to medium speed.  Blend until all ice is crushed and mixture is smooth.  Add SlimSafe powder while blender is on.

     

    Total Fusion
